Standard Resistor

Standard Resistors (SR) are build by a resistive wire wound over a high quality technical porcelain tube. In the extremes of this tube, and eventually in its transitional zone, there are radial flanges made of tin plate or stainless steel, specially suited for fitting the wire and connecting the resistor to the external electrical circuit. The whole resistor is offered with different coatings, including silicon based cement and vitreous enamel. The tolerances in the resistence values can be set to 1%, 5% or 10%, according to the requirements of the particular application.
