The pneumatic conveying (ASP) is used in the dense phase pneumatic conveying system with top discharging materials. The powdered materials are mixed with air compressed in and fluidized, then conveyed by the pressure difference from the conveying tube to the silo. The mixture of the powdered materials and air can maintain a ratio just below the limit to avoid blocking, and assure a stable conveying with high density at the same time. The pneumatic conveying system (ASP) doesn't have any other rotary parts to contact with materials, just needs the compressed air to work. The pneumatic conveying system (ASP)can work alone or toghter with one or several transporters.
