CXT/10P-HA monitoring system is an alarming and recording device for tower crane which is suitable for any models of level-jib tower cranes. It provides the operator with the real-time working status of the tower crane accurately. If the load reaches 90% of the rated load, it will give an early warning. If it reaches 100%, it will alarm and if it reaches 105%, it will prevent the trolley automatically from moving outward and the hook from lifting upward thereby giving double protection to the tower crane. Parameters and functions are shown as follows: Parameter: Rated load, actual load, trolley amplitude, hook height, slewing angle rated moment and actual moment Signal lamp & buzzer: Flickering yellow lamp and buzzers discontinuous response indicates early warning, whereas red lamp and buzzers continuous response indicates alarm and relay outputs. Other functions: Records downloading, applicable to cranes with three kinds of falls Add the function of remote control and GPS
