CXT/20P-I monitoring system applies to various level-jib tower cranes. It provides the operator with actual and correct information on working states of tower crane. If the load reaches the rated load or 90% of the specified moment, it will give an early warning. If it reaches 105%, it will alarm and prevent the trolley automatically from moving outward and the hook from lifting upward. Parameters and functions are shown as follows: Parameter: Rated load, actual load, trolley amplitude, hook height and moment percentage Signal lamp & buzzer: Flickering yellow lamp and buzzers discontinuous response indicates early warning, whereas red lamp and buzzers continuous response indicates alarm and relay outputs. Other functions: Records downloading; Sensors' self-diagnosis; Applicable to tower crane with standard fall Remarks: CXT/20P-I is a basic model while CXT/20P-IR adds the function of slewing indication and CXT/20P-IF adds the function of anemometer.
