PVC pipe extruder machine 20-630mm, 710-1000mm series PVC pipe is mainly used in the manufacture of different diameters of pipes for the drainage of agriculture, construction and cables laying etc. This line is consist of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration bath, haul-off unit, cutter and stacker. The extruder and haul-off unit adopts the imported inverter to adjust the speed, vacuum pump and haul-off motor are fine products. There two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, twelve -claw haul-off models of haul-off unit. Cutter could choose saw type or planetary type according to client's requirements, can be equipped with metering and thickening device. This line is stable and high output and also can be furnished with special device to manufacture muffle pipe and core foamed pipe.
