1. Machine Construction: This machine consists of charging device, feed hopper, grinding plate, main spindle, cutter, main motor, discharging fan, dust collection device, constant temperature cooling device, electric control device, vibrating screen etc. 2. Operating Principle: The plastic ships will be pulverized when they are loaded in to the Pulverizing Room by a fixed blade and a rotary blade. Two blades which are made from high quality tool steel keep high speed running to crush the ships. Then the powder will be loaded in a silo automatically by a fan. 3. Technical Features: Exclusive adopting new bearing design and installation. Automatic Loading, Automatic pulverizing, automatic re-pulverizing, automatic Screening, automatic storing. Fully closed structure designed, no powder leak, low noise and environmental protection. The blades are made from SKD-II and can be resharpened again till 400, 000kg pulverized. 5. The cooling system will be water and air to keep the smooth running.
