PVC wire trunking line is mainly used to producing PVC window profile, PVC door profile, PVC window sill, PVC ceiling roof, PVC shutter and PVC wire trunk and so on. PVC wire trunking line consists of conical twin screw extruder, extruding moulds, vacuum tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine stacker and powder loader. The main characteristic of this line: 1. Conical twin screw extruder: Speical designed screw ensuring short plasticizing time, good compounding and excellent plasticizing effect, adopting high quality gear box, with nice outside, stable ruuning and low noise. The screw core adopting temperature controlling system, the barrel equipped with vacuum degassing system, which can get rid of the waste gas, water from the melt materials, in order to upgrade the products quality. The main motor adopting A. C motor with FUJI inverter or D. C motor with EUROTHERM drives. 2. Vacuum tank with 3-dimensional adjusting system and with special cooling devies, ensuring high-speed extrusion. 3. Haul-off machine: With unique lifting technology, adopting 2-pedrail of different width suitable for various profiles 4. Cutting machines: Saw cutting with dust-collecting system 5. Stacker: Automatic overturning stacking with profile length fixing device. 6. Controlling system: With PLC controlling or mechanical controlling cabinet.
