The Green Plum(Mesil) tea extract (65 Brix) of concentrated undiluted solution is ripened by low temperature fermentation over at least 3 years and is a safe food, having no preservatives, no added colors and no added flavor, as it is made using a low temperature germ-killing process.It can be used as a Green Plum(Mesil) tea by diluting with cool ice spring water or hot water in winter.
