According to "Studies on the Acetic Acid Fermentation Using Green Plum (Mesil)" which obtains the invention license by Chungmewon Life Research Institute and strictly selected Green Plums (Mesil) which are cultivated directly by farming, the mesil vinegar is made using a licensed manufacturing process.
