This machine is a high-performance shaftless (electronic-shaft) modular gravure press that is suitable for rolled materials such as plastic film and paper. It has the advantages of short make-ready time, quick start, fast and accurate pre-register, steady printing speed, high registration accuracy, low residual solvent volume, low noise, and low power consumption. It can fulfill the basic 9-color printing function and printing+coating function on rolled film materials. This machine is provided with a separate servo motor driving the printing cylinder to run simultaneously and execute vertical overprint operation. Fast pre-registering method is used for its printing cylinder drive operation module, and acceptable register can be achieved in acceleration/deceleration modes.
