Introduction PU rigid foam cutting machine uses a wide sawtooth cutter to make high-speed cutting, which can guarantee precise size and increase material utilization ratio. Cutting error is up to standard set by relevant department. Foam surface after being cut leaves no cutting trace and is very smooth. The equipment is mated with dust-sucking device in order to improve working environment. Model PAP17-J cutting machine utilizes industrial computer to control cutting thickness. The function of automatic cutter-raiser can automatically deduct cutting size automatically while feeding the cutter, being able to stabilize slicing size. The machine has two operating modes namely auto and manual, which has functions of easy computer setting, photoelectric display and convenient and fully automatic operation. Replaceable and easily adjustable steel frame on the worktable is adopted to fix rigid foam.
