Operation principle and technical parameters Strip cutter tightened on four guide wheels moves at a high speed under the traction of electromotor. Guide wheel case can be driven up and down by trip steel so as to cut foam plastics into certain thickness. When foam thickness is more than 5 mm, stack-up cutting can be realized by a turnover mechanism on cutter board and thus it dispenses with the need for manual unloading one by one. Sharpening device mated with the strip cutter is to keep cutter sharp while working. Worktable with smooth sand surface has big friction. The machine is integrated with electric traction and control to realize electromechanical integration with centralized control, convenient operation and reliable performance.
