The hot pepper paste is one of the best fermented foods produced in the world. It is made from minced Geen Plum(Mesil) which is safely manufactured by hand according to our licensed secret process - 'Invention license no. 10-0744583' of Chungmewon's red pepper manufacturing process. 60% of this product is composed of pure Green Plum(Mesil) pulp which is made by the edible Namgo Green Plum(Mesil) cultivated by environment-friendly organic farming and ripening at low temperatures. No starch (wheat flour) or glutinous rice is used in the process. 30% of the paste is composed of clear red sun-dried organic-grown red pepper.
