CXT/800 Anti-collision and zone protection system can be used in all models of tower cranes. The system shows the visual and clear picture covering the working states of tower cranes. It can modify parameters wirelessly through a portable computer without climbing up the tower cranes by the operators. With the advanced technology, the system can control and deal with on-site construction problems and promise an effective and safe running for the operator. Functions are shown as follows: 1. Tower Crane Anti-collision Protection The system works by anticipating the possible collision. When the system detects a threat, it will control and handle it effectively. 2. Zone (Obstacle) Anti-collision The system can determine up to 10 prohibited zones in which the hook or jib are not allowed to operate. 3. Boundary Protection The system can be preset with an up to 30 point boundary protection area in which the operating or over-flying of hook is not allowed. 4. Pre-alarm/Alarm & Control Once monitoring the pre-set data for possible collisions in crane interference area and over-flying of sensitive areas, there will be pre-alarm and the system will stop the maneuver automatically
